My Audition

Today I auditioned for the youth worship band. I sang lead on How He Loves and then harmony on You Never Let Go. I think I did well, but we'll see.

Love Endures

Last night we went to Love Endures, a purity banquet that our church was having. It was so much fun! We adopted the Ballews for the night because our parents went to the marriage retreat. First there was a meal (and a big one at that). Then there was a speaker (Pastor Chris's dad). Then there was dancing! And did we ever dance! They gave away prizes for the best dances (iPod Touch, gift certificates, Avalanche scholarship). All in all, it was a really fun night, though I didn't hit the sack until midnight.
